Typ XQ

Typ XQ

Sometimes there just has to be more. For more safety, you also need more quality. We give you this "more" with our angular edge protector type XQ. The "eXtended Quality" is impressive with up to 20 % higher strength compared to standard qualities. At the same time, its rounded edges optimally distribute the clamping and tensile forces of the strappings and tension belts, thereby ensuring less pressure on your packages.

Your benefits:

  • Optimal distribution of the clamping and tensile forces of the strappings
  • Less pressure on your packages

High Performance through highly compressed raw material

Machine-grade

Machine-grade

We love challenges. The automatic feeding of angular edge protectors into a packaging system is one of them. For a seamless procedure, together with you we have developed machine-grade angular edge protectors. The secret of our success: A high level of dimensional stability. In a special production process, we adjust the geometry and tolerances of the angular edge protectors individually and reliably to the specific requirements of the packaging system. The best advantage: For refill systems, our angular edge protectors can even be fed fully automatically into the strapping machines and positioned accurately.

Apart from the smallest tolerances and clean cutting edges, we guarantee you:

  • Angular accuracy of 90° with a maximum deviation of +/-2°
  • Corner radius of maximum 2 mm

Available dimensions:

  • 45 x 45 x 4 x 100 mm (magazine)
  • 45 x 45 x 3 x 1,600 mm (positioning system)

Your benefits:

  • High level of dimensional accuracy
  • Most narrow tolerances
  • Clean cutting edges
